Joined this gym almost 5 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! It’s gotten me into the best shape of my life, the coaches are amazing and patient it’s perfect for every one of all skill levels. Not to mention how family friendly it is, and the kids classes are so awesome :) love this place so much! Stop by and get a feel for it you’ll love it too.

Fantastic atmosphere with an amazing instructor, Mike Lee. Would recommend to anyone dropping in or looking for a home to train at. Will definitely return next time I’m in Orlando.

Really fun gym! Great atmosphere. Lots of girls to train with too 😁 there were great rolls and friendly people. The owner was so kind and even took time after class was over to show me a more he had been thinking through.
They do wear their belts on no-gi days so make sure to bring your belt no matter when you are training!

This gym is awesome! Stayed in Orlando for a week and dropped in here Mon-Fri and did all the classes I was able to. I loved it!
Great, crisp striking, and incredibly intelligent grappling. If you’re looking for a place to train while in Orlando, this is DEFINITELY the place.
Also, and incredibly welcoming environment for females of all levels. From beginner to advanced.

Amazing culture and even better coaches. Great place to train from hobby level to pro mma. Respectful training partners and a safe place for females to train. Came in not knowing a thing about BJJ or MMA. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I've made in my life. It has not only helped me physically but mentally as well.

The Jungle has become a second home. Beginners and hobbyists to competition-focused and pros have a place here. The kickboxing and bjj classes are killer and the learning only stops when you do. Tell the coaches your goals and they can help you get there.

The Jungle has some awesome workouts via kickboxing, MMA, BJJ, or Jungle Fit (HITT w/ Lifting). There are also some amazing humans you will get to meet if you join.
For women looking to feel stronger and more confident- highly recommend walking through the doors. There is a group of us and you'll never feel uncomfortable! You do not need to have a martial arts background in order to learn things. Don't be shy to try something new!
The coaches are also fantastic. Specially this one Coach named Alec! It's like he loves to torture you at all times 😆

We've had our three kids enrolled at The Jungle for the last two years and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else! All of the coaches are fantastic. Coach Alec always knows what kind of coaching each kid needs on any given day, whether they need tough love, gentle encouragement or just a hype man.
We've seen amazing physical, mental and emotional growth in each of our kids, thanks in large part to the coaches.
We live in Windermere and drive 30+ minutes each way 3-4 days per week. I'm sure there are good gyms closer to home, but we know it wouldn't compare to The Jungle.
